Reference image pack
The foundation of every licence.
The reference image pack is the set of photographs that documents a talent's appearance: face and figure, from several angles, in controlled light. It allows the likeness to be rendered faithfully, and every profile needs one before it goes live.
Why the pack matters.
An AI output can only be as accurate as the material behind it. Original, high-resolution photographs taken for this purpose preserve the detail that carries a likeness, and keep the same identity consistent across angles, shots and generations.
One standard, whoever takes the photographs.
Every pack follows the Teila standard, so every profile is held to the same quality and one workflow applies to every talent. The full guidelines are shared with agencies and talent when they join.
Request the guidelines →Rights, production, validation.
- Rights to the photographs
- The talent must hold the rights to the photographs. If they were taken by an external photographer, a written assignment of rights to the talent is required.
- How a pack is made
- By a photographer of the talent's or the agency's choice, following the Teila standard. Teila can also help organise the session.
- Validation
- Every pack is checked by Teila before the profile goes live.
Delivered within the licence.
The pack is delivered only to the production that licenses the talent, once payment is confirmed and the licence is signed, for the licensed project only. Each download carries an invisible watermark unique to it and C2PA content credentials, under the licence ID. Where a project needs more, additional material can be arranged.
