One payment, handled through Stripe.
You pay once, through Stripe, a regulated payment institution, by card or bank transfer, in EUR, GBP, USD, CHF or CAD. The amount is split automatically between the parties, and the share due to the agency or independent talent is released on the first-use date of your project. Cancellation conditions are shown before you pay.
A licence built around your project.
The licence covers what your project needs: the talent's likeness as it is, the reference images and any additional material you request, all within the agreed scope. Anything not agreed at the start, such as changing the talent's appearance, can be requested and agreed. What you generate and publish, AI labelling and advertising rules, and the terms of the AI tools you use remain with you.

Are the people on Teila real?
Yes. Every talent is a person whose identity has been verified, and every reference image pack is made of real photographs.
Can we use the reference images in our AI tools?
Yes, in the tools you choose, for the licensed project only. The images may not be published or shared outside it.
Can we train an AI model on the talent?
Not under the standard licence, which covers the reference images for one project. Requests to train a model are assessed case by case with the talent and their agency.
Will we know the cost before we commit?
Yes. The total for each talent, including the Teila service fee, is shown before you commit, so what you see is what you pay.
How quickly is a licence confirmed?
Within a set timeframe, according to the talent's terms. Because those terms are agreed in advance, nothing has to be negotiated from scratch.
What if we need more than the licence covers?
Ask from the same project: the terms can be extended and additional material requested, with the agreement of the talent and their agency.
Does a Teila licence make our AI content compliant?
No licence can promise that. It documents the right to use the likeness within the agreed scope; labelling, platform and advertising rules remain with whoever publishes.
